This is another original illustrated poster design for the band Kalu & the Electric Joint. It was for a two night run at the Legendary Continental Club in Austin, Texas in 2022. There are two venues in the Continental Club - a smaller more intimate space upstairs (where Kalu held his residency for many years) and the downstairs stage for bigger acts. (where these shows took place). It was a special moment in the history of the band and i flew down to attend both the sold-out shows. We did a special small run of poster prints I signed only available at the event. This is also one of my favorite poster illustrations I've ever done, and holds many great memories of that time.
