This shirt was one of 50, and after selling out of most those shirts to pay for tour gas, I pulled this one out of the merch tote and kept it for myself. It became a staple in my wardrobe for many years. And while I have sweated in it during many studio sessions, I do promise it’s clean.

There are first albums, first tours, and inevitably, first runs of merch to sell on said tour. When I released my debut solo album “International” in 2011, I joined forces with my friend and fellow singer/songwriter Taylor Maxwell. We split the show bill and played coffee shops and small music venues from the Rockies in Colorado, all the way to the gulf coast in the Florida panhandle, up the eastern seaboard and everywhere in between. 

Many of the songs on the album were inspired by my international travels throughout my 20’s, hence the suitcase image was a perfect fit.
