Part 2 of 3 of my first pitch saga. The Houston Astros were playing a home game against the Los Angeles Dodgers in Minute Maid Park on July 25, 2007. These are my favorite teams in all of baseball, and I was blessed with an opportunity of redemption since my first pitch got away from me and hit the dirt. I had been practicing to make sure I got it over the plate this time. Luckily, I got it over the plate, but, unfortunately, I threw an outside fastball that almost went past the back catcher. Unfortunately, redemption didn't come on that day. But the Dodgers would play an huge part in my first pitch redemption story.
