This is artwork—there’s no music with it. That’s why I wrote, “it’s not a recording, but it’s a record.” It’s the idea of a record of an event, a moment in time. This is a piece of art, the initial liner note card prototype with my doodles on it. I went above and beyond with the signature—doubled down with two markers. It’s like Doublemint—you’ve got to double your pleasure. We’ve got the original artwork by Kyle, that ‘Tape and Ice’—I doodled on this at Vinyl Ceremony after I pressed the records. I hope this floats around.

Physical objects: you can hold them, rotate them, and tell their story. I love coupling music to a tangible medium - experience the things you love, then let them go. I prefer experiences and a few meaningful pieces. Seeing friends use things I’ve given them is such a great feeling.
